In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, Busan Wellness Life informs the personal information collected, the purpose of collection and use, the period of retention and use, the right to refuse consent, and disadvantages in case of refusal of consent to those who apply for membership. Membership registration, service use, consultation and fraudulent transaction records confirmation, service use age verification and identity verification, statistical analysis using user product and service usage performance information, product service improvement provision, user identification for customized service provision

2. Personal Information Collected

The personal information collected from users by the Busan Wellness Life at the time of membership registration is as follows.
- At the time of signing up as a member, ID, password, name, address, email, and mobile phone number are collected as mandatory items. And date of birth, gender, affiliation and occupation are collected as optional items.

[Service Use and Fraudulent Transaction Records]
Time/record of service use, reception log, service usage records, IP address, cookies, device information, and browser information

[Event]
- Winner's name, address, mobile phone number

[Reservation/Payment]
- General information: Name, contact number and Email of the subscriber
- In case of bank transfer: Name of bank, account number, name of account holder
- In case of cancellation or refund: Name of bank, account number, name of account holder

3. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information
- Stored for 3 months from the date of withdrawal
- Stored for the period as required by laws and regulations if necessary to preserve
[Optional] Consent to the Receipt of Wellness Information
Busan Wellness Life obtains consent from users to provide advertising information in accordance with related laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act, etc. and regularly check the consent from the user to receive advertising information. If the user does not agree, there may be restrictions on benefits depending on the purpose of use, such as product/service introduction and solicitation, and events. There are no other disadvantages related to financial transactions.

Text message, email, etc. will be sent to the user's mobile phone.
[Advertising Contents]
The advertising information such as perks and benefits, event, wellness and new product information provided by the Busan Wellness Life is sent to the users in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. However, informational content that is obligatory to be provided other than advertising information shall be provided regardless of consent to the reception.
[Retention]
Members may withdraw the consent at their will even after consent to the reception of marketing information. Even if they do not consent to reception, they can use the basic services provided by the Busan Wellness Life without receiving marketing information.

You can withdraw your consent (agree/withdraw) by deactivating the checkbox in the marketing consent box in My Page.
