The sweet taste comes from grain syrup made by fermenting five grains, and the sour taste is made by making vinegar from persimmon or plum, and pickled vegetables are made by aging for 3 years with an enzyme made from wild grass. As an APEC-designated restaurant, many people come to enjoy the foods prepared with traditional recipes, and the traditional meal which consists of steamed brown rice with five grains, traditional soybean paste soup, assorted pickles, and salted seafood is a popular menu.
